    Mission
    Attached to the DSI and the program director, my mission was to carry out the following as a Task Force:

    Analyze data sources to establish an optimum Data Model.
    Analyze power management and reporting rules.
    Creating a BODS feed job for arbitration.
    Optimize the technical layer under SAP HANA.
    Optimize the semantic layer to allow the creation of ad hoc documents by trades.
    Enrich the provision of information by creating 240 new indicators.
    Migrate the 140 existing reports on the new environment.
    Accompany the MOA in the implementation of best practices.
    Accompany the consultants in charge of the unit tests.

    Achievements
    Reduction of the number of calculations views (60 calculations view by 3 calculations views)
    Creation of a BO universe to simultaneously meet the needs of corporate reporting as well as ad hoc reporting.
    Creation of 360 indicators.
    Migration of 140 reports.
    Accompanying to unit tests.
    Production start.

    “Wave 2” migration project (based on Wave 1 experience) is focus on A350 aircraft program impacting all countries (FR / GE / UK / SP).

    Mission
    Attached to different team leader, as part of ARP Project, my mission was to carry out the following as a Task Force:
    Migrate data from SAP ERP ECC 4.5 to ECC 6 by identifying a Core International Model.
    Qualify and correct Extract, Transform and Load data rules.
    Serve as expert in ETL and migration to development team On shore and Off shore (Accenture Manilla).
    Provide knowledge transfer to local team (15 peoples).

The E.Leclerc stores are supplied by a central procurement generalist organized by 16 geographical areas. E.Leclerc network has decided to optimize and migrate its decision-making tools, redesign business processes and set up a centralized repository that is shared with all the entities in the organization.

    Mission
    Attached to the DSI and the program director, as part of the BODS BOXI project, my mission involved migration decision-making and planning tools and was organized around 3 axes :

    1st axis:
    Assist and recommend as expert business intelligence solutions.
    Coordinate and control the various internal stakeholders for the client (several departments) and service providers (several providers).
    Monitor the progress of projects and alerts.
    Prepare and lead project meetings and steering committees.
    Coordinate with the leaders of each tools impacted by migration.
    Coordinate between project managers and team leader of each decision tool.
    Serve as technical adviser level 3.
    Development of complex solutions.
    2nd axis:
    Design and run functional test processes.
    Perform non-regression tests.
    Monitor and manage incidents up to completion.
    Prepare follow-up committees.

    3rd axis:
    Initiate and conduct site anonymization of analytical databases and restitution.

    Reduction in the reporting perimeter of BO XI R3 to BI 4 reports (from 467 reports to 128 reports).
    Reduced load stream processing times (eg 8 to 10 minutes).
    Reduced backup processing times (eg. : 1 daily backup to 2 weekly backups).

    Optimization of communication and manage collaboration between the various technical and business departments.

    Mission
    Attached to the DSI in collaboration with Business Unit Reporting within the PEER ONE migration project, my mission was to ensure that schedule and budget were met, while promoting exchanges between technical teams and European businesses through the following actions :
    Referencing, qualification, cost estimation, project planning (documents, universes, ETL / other flows, treatment planning).
    Level 3 technical development, assistance and support of junior developers
    Management, monitoring, technical and functional assistance for 6 junior consultants.
    recommendation and formalization of necessary adaptations and modifications (documents, universes, flows, RDBMS)
    Preparation and presentation of progress reports to the project committees.

    Achievements
    Reduction of the migration perimeter of BO XI R3 documents to BI 4 (from 1164 reports to 280 reports).
    Reduced update times for BO documents (eg. : From 4 hours to 3 minutes).
    Optimization of 10 universes and 6 RDBMS.
    Scheduling of 280 documents migrated to the new version of Infoburst.

    Attached to the IT department, as part of the DWH project DIMENSION, my mission was to provide the following :
    Setting up of an inventory of the tools used.
    Rationalization of 6 RDBMS, 10 universes and ETL.
    Optimization of backup procedures and incident management.
