Fev 2016–Sept 2017 Consultant for SIAM Commercial Bank (Bangkok, Thailand)
Planned and conducted internal audits of financial systems, operations performance, applications
and technology infrastructure.
Developed programs toacilitate testing of data and processes.
Identified, analyzed, and responded appropriately to risks that might adversely affect realization of the Companies
business objectives. Assess the state of compliance, the risks and potential costsoft
non-compliance, recommended and initiated corrective actions as deemednecessary.
Ensured internal controls were adequate and operated efficiently, financial information was materially accurate as reported and company data was properly Safeguarded.
Coordinated, documented and tested assertions for Section ‘404 of the Sarbanes
-Oxley Act for entity
-level, general IT process and application level controls.
Worked with different business units to resolve control weaknesses.
Created and maintained a COSO & COBIT controls framework providing assurance that information security strategies
were aligned with business objectives and consistent with applicable law and regulations.
Advised on the design, development and alignment of internal controls including security and change management
within an ITIL framework. Enabled control improvements for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Recommended process improvements which mitigated risk and established sound risk management practices after
reviewing internal controls and evaluating business, and technology risks.
Re-engineered system processes and procedures to a shared services environment. Liaise with Outsourcer for mandated accounts receivable facility receipt of funds.
Redesigned the process for unclaimed property filings for various states resulting in savings of $1.3M. Applied for and
received all escheated property held by these states.
Led the OTC implementation of a comprehensive Oracle Financials
framework, whichintegrated and consolidated all
financial reporting functions in a multi-company migration and deployment to Oracle Financials.
Jan 2013–March 2015 Consultant for Rosbank , Société Générale in Russia, Full Re-engineering of the factoring activity
Rosbank (17000 employees) is the Biggest subsidiary of SG abroad.
Societe Generale is currently reorganizing all the processes & organizational activities of its subsidiary.
A BPM pilot project was initiated in the factoring subsidiary of Rosbank.
The factoring menanagement has defined a new vision for the company: To become a recognized actor on the highly competitive factoring
market in Russia (more than 150 factors) by providing a higher quality service compare to the competition.
To serve this vision, goals have be en defined: 1. To Digitalize the client relationship, 2.To Digitalize the workflow, 3. To obtain the accreditation ISO 9001 Quality Management System in order to certify the quality of the service on the market.
Two strategies were implemented in that purp
ose: 1. Management of business processes and continuous improvement by
opening a BPM project, 2. Implementation of Aquarius software (factoring ERP) and its web service solution. To achieve the two strategies, hre below the deliverables:

process optimization project (managed 3 people) & the ISO 9001 certification for the factoring activity. Re
-engineered End to End Operational/Support Business Processes (Client Agreement; Billing; Management of Overdue; Financing; In/Out Payments, Insurance Collection, KYC, Compliance etc.).
Designed As-Is(Discover, Document, Analyze) /To-Be(Define, Develop, Introduce, Implement, Maintain)
company processes following BPMN notation
using BIZAGI BPMS.
Implemented KRIs/KPIs dashboard in collaboration with the compliance and operational risks departments
Reviewed and Challenged head of Legal on Factoring contracts (Asset backed securities vs Advance Factoring)
Managed a deep process cost structure analysis (A.B.C method)
; analyzing direct & indirect costs per clients, which concluded that 40% of clients were not profitable.
Developed & implemented a B.P.M CRM
workflow system for the Sales Team(BPMs) using Bizagi BPMS & SQL DB.
Reviewed & designed key financial processes (reconciliation, cash management, out payments to third parties, IFRS)
