From April 2002 –March 2004:
Project leader & functional analyst of the Contract Management project: implementation of the contract management processes in SAP R/3. The new application had to replace an old Cobol application which was running on the mainframe. In order to cover all requirements, different SAP modules had to be used: Treasury-Loans, Real Estate Management, Service Contracts in Customer Service and Bonus Agreements in Bonus Management (part of the IS Beverage Solution). However, 80% of the project was covered by the Real Estate Management module. We implemented lease outs, lease-ins, general contracts together with all possible processes, like rent adjustments, invoicing, deferrals,... And off course, all of this completely integrated with FI/CO. In this project, the project management tasks comprised approximately 20% of the time. So the rest of the time, I actively participated in all the phases of the project as a functional analyst. So, I also have hands on experience and a thorough knowledge of all customizing, user exits, substitutions, validations and other developments. The project went successfully live in December 2003.
From October 2001 -April 2002:
Project Leader & functional analyst of the MIG project: migration of the application MIM (Maintenance Information Management, PM module) from the Belgian SAP R/3 environment to the International SAP R/3 environment. At the same time, this was a release upgrade from release 4.0B to 4.5B. We also realized the integration of the PM module with FI/CO and MM.

From January 2001 -September 2001:
Project Leader & functional analyst in the PUR project: implementation of the Purchasing and Inventory Management processes in SAP R/3 (MM module). During this six months project, we had to improve the purchasing and inventory management processes and transfer all data from existing applications on SAP R/2. This included purchase requisitions, purchase orders, outline agreements, requests for quotation, goods movements, invoice verification, physical inventory,...
From January 2000 -December 2000:
Functional & Technical Analyst in the implementation of the Material Master (MM module) in SAP R/3. The complete material master had to be set up in SAP R/3 taking into account all requirements from other teams. Processes where analyzed, customizing was set up and data was transferred from an existing application on SAP R/2.
From November 1999 -December 1999:
Project Leader & Functional & Technical Analyst in the Measuring Device Management project: we implemented the Quality Management module, fully integrated with the MIM (Maintenance Information Management) application in the Plant Maintenance module in order to manage the calibrations of measuring devices conform with the ISO9002 regulations.

These processes included the management, planning, follow-up and reporting of corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and crashes (machine breakdown).
From October 1997 -1999:
