Project : Magotteaux primary aim is to help each one of their customers to reduce their
production costs and optimize their installations thanks to high added value products and services, and through a long lasting, open relationship.

Transfer Princing Tool : Through its worldwide activities MAGOTTEAUX Group, the Client, must comply with a strict transfer pricing policy. This compliancy is audited by the statutory auditors as well as by the local Tax authorities on a yearly basis.
The solution provide an automated mechanism to upload data from DWH and the monthly management reporting data into a database and are able to produce reports used for audit and control.

It's mission is to ensure the self-employed person rights to the social security and bring them throughout their career an accompaniment and give them advice on their situation and their social status.
Responsibility: As BI developer, I am in charge to develop an ETL application to migrate data from an old mainframe database to a completely re-designed relational database. I provided as second part in my job, advice and implementation of BI reporting based on QlikView and PowerPivot technology.

BPW Finance Project: Scope of the projects (Finance, Sales Management) at BPW is to provide optimized tools to generate Financial and Sales Management reports and dashboards to be used by BPW Financial community, Sales Community and Top Management. These will provide, on a collaborative platform, a set of standard and “user” modifiable reports and KPIs that will show actuals, targets, and will allow the creation of multiple scenarios, budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.

BPW StageGate Project: StageGate is a tool to provide a user-friendly mechanism to be able to upload periodical concerning all project innovations, review and analyze uploaded information, organize meeting's agenda and consolidate Data in an information system.

ASAP project: Development and maintenance of the ASAP Solution. Datawarehouse of sales and purchase department who needed to centralized all information from the group. Exploitation of those information through reporting services of Microsoft (dashboard, reporting,…).

Project : Performance management project – Implementation of PPS
Implemented a PPS database and SharePoint visualization through PPS and Excel Services for Fedict, an authority on ICT in Belgium. Fedict started the CUBSC project to improve upon their business processes, in order to analyze what they needed to improve upon and if specific actions led to improvements, they created Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The goal of the project was to track these KPIs through PPS in the form of scorecards and interactive graphs in SharePoint. By using PPS we were able to deliver an end-user centric application that tracked a sub-set of these KPIs, so that they could build upon this to create the rest themselves after training. By using a combination of Visual Studio BIDS and PPS we were able to create the advanced calculations needed for some KPIs (normalization, prioritization…) while keeping it easy to understand

Microsoft Specialist

Quality, Security, Environment (Human Resource Management). The scope here was to provide CMI with a collaborative environment and BI tool to implement a “user” friendly solution, providing a user interface for input and output reports using Microsoft PerformancePoint 2007. It is constructed to let key “super” users easily re-deploy Analysis Services Cubes maintained through PerformancePoint for changes in dimensions and other structural or content driven characteristics and parameters.
