GDO project: (R&D) Internal SBM project aiming to improve gantry weight, construction facilities on yard, with for final goal to
have one gantry typique for each operating site:
Studie for gantry 3, 4, 6 and 12 foot with adaptation on hull foundation.
Scarborough project / ENI Mozambique project: (Prefid – d.o.p.) definition of gantry and manifold structure (pdms draft
module), design optimization (pdms design module). Manifold and Gantry structure integration lifting (concept drawing).
Creation of settings on draft module (specified labels, symbol, overlay and logos on template).
CIDADE DE MARICA / SAQUAREMA projects: in charge of all manifold (4 modules) and gantry (2 modules); design adaptation,
in PDMS. Outfitting, for new boat length and optimization of design conception + all connections typiques reviewed.
Modification on multiple accesses across all the modules. Major modifications on flare tower module (to be adapted following
the new hull drawing), entire design in PDMS and drawings on AutoCAD, studies for lifting and integration with different
cranes. Creation of MTO toolbar with color code associated, for an easy and fast check.
QUAD204 project – piping discipline: creation of pipe and cable trays supports missing, with MDS. Receipt of comments from
the yard and modification of the model. "As-built revision" implementation on all isometrics, done automatically by a macro I
created.
SBM Offshore (Monaco) – Premises SBM From May 2012 to May 2013
OSX project: updating on A1 revision for some pancake modules, search for a solution for a foldable handrail on helideck
FRAM project: creation of a macro automating typical connections according to the SBM design standards and automating the
plan output in the module draft (draft 30 in a week) this macro is now incorporated to SBM Monaco PDMS structural guidance;
design of three pancake modules for primary and secondary steel.
Prelude project: updating on A1 revision for gantry & manifold structure (minor & major modifications on primary, secondary
steel and various access), creating equipment support for gantry, manifold and collar deck localization. Preliminary design for
heat-shield on upper gantry. Design of multiple accesses removable or fixed taking into account the often restrictive
environment.
PDMS improvement: creation of a toolbar is used to save time while manipulating redundant: pipe penetration in deck design
& draft, “auto-rules”, .step cleaner, draft checking, auto named print screen…
SBM internal training: Clash control, draft module utilization, C.O.G. function, PDMS vocabulary for report & list, Multi
Discipline Supports, PML language, E3D, PDMS outfitting, how to design structure & piping on board of FPSO.
Comurhex project From Jan. 2011 to May 2012
Adding a new oven and then extension of a building with an extra floor. The work involved the modeling of the existing situation,
the possible scenarios and the execution plan of the final solution (piping, structure, walls and floor layouts, …)
Design solutions research, equipment delivery content control, pipes and structure construction control, onsite measurements and
plan of controlled area dimensions, definition of tasks to be executed by other designers, project meeting attendance, were a part
of my assignment.
Sanofi Aventis project From Jan. 2009 to Jan. 2011
Phenothiazine project: model in PDMS, installation of a storage tank on the existing structure, pumping stations and required
access and GC (Civil engineering)
Revamping reactor A241: installing a new reactor with major changes in structure and routing pipe.
Realization of a model for a new cleanroom: performed in AutoCAD 3D, constructing an animation that simulates the operators
at work, demonstrating the work post ergonomics to future operators and management.
Dronedarone project: model in PDMS, the installment of two additional tanks, a hydro generator and six pumps in a saturated
environment (more than 500 iso. - 30 Tie-in) removing of old equipments, pipes and structure in place.

Involved in defining the plans on how to embed the building in the site, design of the different solution, detailed modeling of the
