Build from scratch of a WebSphere/J2EE e-Government web site solution to the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Interior.
Infrastructure using WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, WebSphere Business Integrator, Workplace Web Content Management, Workplace Messaging, IBM Edge Server, IBM Http Server, IBM Directory Server, DB2 and MQ Series
I am responsible of IBM (DB2 and Informix) database and Directory Server LDAP application software, their design, implementation and operation in environments like Development, QA and Production. Development and deployment of operational procedures related to the management of all environments, documentation and designs that interface with other teams.
Involvement in the E-Government design solution associated to the design of a Private Key Infrastructure solution. Design of a DRDA middleware to support data communication from Portal to mainframe environment. Exceptional challenging environment with the implementation of a High Availability solution using MSCS and DB2 Partitioning in a mutual takeover function associated with a Disaster Recovery capability based on HP XP1200 environment using Data Protector.

Operation of a data warehouse (14 terabytes) and data mart information system in an IBM Data centre for Danone World Corporation.

This information system was built in order to provide daily refreshed financial and industrial data to more than 16 countries within an outsourcing context.
DB2 Database Administration and Tuning were performed in a production context and the alert monitoring through an Operation department.
 Administration and exploitation of Informatica repository, folder and session objects
 Delivery of DB2 tablespaces and AIX file systems space growth forecast and server capacity planning.
 Annual disk layout revamping survey for performance system improvement
 Implementation of Database Disaster Recovery capability (with backup online, restore redirect and log roll forward using TSM (Tivoli Storage Management) through HACMP.
 Management of productions applications batches using TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler).
 Authorship of DB2 (EE, EEE), Informatica, Essbase operation procedures and User Guidelines.
