Data scientist - NLP for the legal field, Hyperlex / France, March 2019 – present
As a member of the Machine Learning team, I worked on multiple topics : NLP & Computer Vision, benchmarking and
implementing SOTA contextualized textual embeddings, visual and semantic text segmentation (supervised and semisupervised), document clustering and classification, Named Entity Recognition / Classification, object detection / image
processing.

Academic project - Datasets for culinary machine learning, Eurecom / France, October 2018 – February 2019
This project covers a wide range of tasks: mining and parsing data about recipes, which have a high dimensional representation,
using NLP, processing and modeling that data in order to apply machine learning algorithms for various objectives (ranking,
classification, generating new data…)

Academic project - Deep Image Captioning Using “Chaos Free” RNNs, Eurecom / France, March – June 2018
Implementing a gated recurrent neural network (RNN) model that has simple, predicable and non-chaotic dynamics, achieving
performance comparable to well-known gated architectures, such as LSTMs and GRUs, on the image captioning task. This
stands in stark contrast to more standard gated architectures, whose underlying dynamics exhibit chaotic behavior.
