Daily tasks and responsibilities :
• Cutover Plan management, KPI, Data migration architecture, Mappings Rules and Conversions specifications collection.
• Data quality, Legacies Extractions, Middleware Design, Data upload, Reconciliation.

SAP Data Migration lead.
Project : 4 Rollouts into 2 different SAP ECC systems (5 LE, 9 Plants in scope). MM, SD, PS, LO, PP/IM, PLM, FI/CO, QM.
Daily tasks and responsibilities :
• KPI and project follow-up for the whole data Migration process. Cutover Plan management.
• Functional Mapping specs & Detailed Design integrated with the Master Data (MM, BoMs, Vendors, Customers).
• Cleansing and enrichment methodology. Legacies data Extractions (IFS), validation and follow-up.
• Migration Middleware design (managing 3 developers). Data upload with LSMW.

SAP Logistic Real Time HUB Architect.
Project : Industrialize the Real Time Supply Chain Interfaces' platform fully integrated with a new Monitoring tool solution (Data
Modelling, Informatica Real Time development, ...).
Daily tasks and responsibilities :
• Integration with Legacies and SAP using Informatica Real Time Listeners.
• Coordinate the Informatica Architecture team, the Development team, the Production team and the Business.
• Re-organization of the teams and environments.

SAP Logistic Data Migration lead for EU.
Project : ECC IM, WM, EWM SAP implementation for 20 sites in scope.
Daily tasks and responsibilities :
• Integration with MDM and MM. Coordinate the Data Migration between SMEs and US teams.
• Data upload with Winshuttle, LSMW.

HR Data Migration lead.
Project : WorkDay implementation for 60 countries (70 Legal Entities).
Daily tasks and responsibilities :
• Data Migration Strategy, Cutover Migration plan, Functional specifications
• Data Scope and Methodology definition (multi source Legacies integration).
• Master Data & Active Directory Integration.
• KPI definition and project follow-up for the end to end data Migration process.
• Design of the Data Conversion process (Middleware) with Informatica.

Design of an Oracle DWH at Cap-Gemini.
Project : Informatica Architect and Development Lead (4 developers).

• Dimensional Data modelling. (> 100 tables).
• Back-end design, Code Deployment.

Project : Rollout for 3 LE (MDM/MM/MM-PUR, FICO, HR, SD, PLM, PP, PI, PM, PS, QM, WM).

• Cutover Migration plan. Data Scope, Methodology and KPI definition.
• Functional Mapping and Data Quality Specifications. Middleware design.
• Integration with Master Data (MDM, MM, BoMs, Vendors, Customers).
• Multi Legacies’ extractions and validation (BaaN, Qualiac, Tomiris, Intradyn ... ).

Informatica development’s support lead and Architecture at Accenture.
Project Vivaldi : Financial HUB between multiple Business Units and SAP FI.
Daily tasks and responsibilities :
• Management of the Accenture offshore team (6 resources).
• Architecture for new Business Units entering the HUB.
