addressed to Top Management and Front Office. KPI based on 3 level of decisions:
performance measurement, risk reporting, and cost consuming related to EMEA,
APAC and Americas.
Complete decision-making autonomy organizing workshops with Head Managers,
providing roadmaps, RACI matrix and steering committees supports. Transversal
project involving ITs and each perimeter impacting Cash Management.
• Change Management related to Calypso implementation as target main tool for
treasury. Participating to gateway controls, benchmark, User Acceptance Testing
and Information System Setting. Drafting business procedures.
• Mapping processes and best practice guidelines for products and manual tasks
