 For Alcatel Recommended a billing system roadmap for Alcatel, based on a technical audit, in collaboration with product managers, in order to meet Orange needs in Africa.
 For Alcatel Launch of a new mobile operator (Areeba) in Cyprus: wrote technical and functional specifications (Billing, Roaming, Customer Care and Provisioning, linux based project with java and mysql). Defined business processes with the customer. Managed the project integration. Led a team of 8 people.
 For SFR (second French mobile operator) Led the implementation of the billing system evolution: defined technical solutions, conducted impact studies, quantified information, wrote technical specifications, oversaw scheduling, third-party validation, and start-up.

 Provided technical support to pre-sales and demo teams by creating customized demos and Proof-of-Concept for prospects.
 Led a team of 9 people, and managed scheduling, budgets and subcontractors.

Semavision is based on Forté and Oracle
 Recruited and supervised a team of 4 people for the level 3 support.
 Monitored changes and corrective actions at 5 sites (Sophia, Grenoble, Naples, Barcelona, and London). Maintain working relationships with all the division's entities to enhance coordination and cooperation.
 Established new procedures to correct anomalies: reduced the anomaly backlog from 400 to 20 in 4 months.

 Managed the integration and the configuration of the billing system (BSCS, Oracle), gave customer demonstrations.

 Expanded the project scope to include marketing assistance and the development of tracking tools: grew the project team from 3 to 7 people.
