    Project Description :
    SharePoint 2007 workflow of Appraisal Report procedure of the CDT.
    To replace the manual procedure of annual appraisals of internal staff of CDT, it was asked to implement in two phases, a workflow based on a collaborative site SharePoint 2007.

    The first phase ensures the timing by actor of the evaluation scenario described in DGE53, with contributions made in a Word document dedicated to the agent evaluated. The SharePoint site allows exposing for right actors this document and ensures the partitioning of data and privacy.

    The second phase has replaced contributions in Word document by a contribution in a form. The form data are used to produce the final evaluation document.
