• Dantrade Netherlands (global trading entity for raws and packaging materials) Design, roll out & support of procurement execution core model for Danone Italy - SAP MM plant abroad modelization, supplier web connect portal (Control Tower by Viewlocity in SaaS mode) and SAP Business Networks EDI architecture (Scarlett project).

• Coordination of Business Transformation direct purchasing & upstream collaborative supply chain L2 team support (Coordination of 15 persons serving up to 100+ business units through 18 IS hubs for 1 M. • Danone Brasil (Dairy division) and Bonafont Brasil (Water division) Local project team recruitment, core model adjustments coordination on maintenance and manufacturing and procurement processes in compliancy with SAP brasilian localization and fiscal authorities requirements.

January 2011 – July 2011 : Posting in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera (PT NIS: Danone baby medical division): Solution design of SCADA Manufacturing Execution System integration with SAP Production Planning module, coordination of solution integration activities between SCADA team based in Jakarta and corporate process owners based in Paris.

• Aqua Indonesia (Danone waters division). Solution design and recommendations presentation on SAP PP & PM roll out preparatories activities to direction board (organizational impacts, master data preparation activities, legacy systems evolutions).
