Objectives: Develop a core system to be implemented in all Schneider Electric factories and distribution centres throughout the world.
Position : Consultant for the Distribution Execution business area of Schneider Electric’s Global Business Competency Centre.
Responsibilities:
• Test and validate core model design in all Distribution Execution activities :
o Goods receipt and putaway processes
o Supply of components to production lines (pull list, pick list, kanban transfers)
o Pick/pack/ship processes in WM, HUM and LEO functionalities
o Customer returns
o Internal processes (physical inventory, internal movements, scrapping)
o RF supported processes
• Support roll out teams with local requirements and master data preparation
• Support factories and distribution centres on site at go-live (Hungary in October 2008, Australia in October 2009, USA in March 2010)
• Propose design solutions for processes to be implemented in next phases of the project and write functional specifications for system enhancements -
