I succeeded on the creation of a set of analytics apps (S2P, S2C, P2P, supplier 360...) with high added value using Qlik sense as OEM
I’d been inspired by the design thinking methiodal to understand deeper of customer experience to generate new product opportunities
Define a product roadmap to scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes by working with the development team to dispatch actions and workload (10 devs worldwide).
Evangelize the product management strategy both internally and with key external partners and customers

Ysance provides a Saas digital marketing solution which use AI and big data tech for collecting omni channel data to provide retailers a unified experience of their customers. I was in charge to create a Qlik sense apps to analyse whole customer journey from retailers omni channel data source.
