Planning & Reporting Engineer (USAN Project - UFR & OLT Package, Paris and Lagos)
Within the UFR team, in charge of all UFR Scheduling and Planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration.
Ensure the preparation and development of appropriate package control schedules.
Prepare and maintain the Package Offshore Integrated Schedule for clash management.
Provide the necessary schedule and progress inputs for the development of:
• Proper cost estimate;
• Schedule risk analysis;
• COMPANY Level 2 Schedule;
• COMPANY Offshore Integrated Schedule.
Liaise with the Interface Management Team, the Management Planning Engineer and other Package Planning Engineers to deliver on time the Company Provided Items to the CONTRACTOR.
Review and analyse CONTRACTOR Scheduling and Planning documents (procedures…).
Monitor progress and control Package activities within each stage and for entire UFR Package until Last Handover Certificate.
Prepare Monthly Progress Analysis Report. Identify potential delays, analyse and issue proposed corrective actions as required.
Prepare and implement package-wide progress measurement and reporting system.
