Duties: Christophe - as a member of the SAFR Center of Excellence – has been responsible for fixing the different issues occurring in the AP module. He was responsible for applying patches and ensuring a consistent level of patches to solve numerous AP issues related to the Application Engine processes Voucher & Payment Posting.
He has himself been responsible to analyze and customize the Voucher & Payment Posting processes, and carrying out extensive testing with the users. He has greatly improved his functional knowledge of AP and especially InterUnit, and VAT in a European and International environment.
Christophe was also responsible for the entire implementation of Workflow for Voucher Payment Approval as well as Journal Entry Approval.

Duties: His most important task was the modeling of data.
He has worked very closely to the E&Y dedicated team on this aspect. He has been responsible for the Extraction Transaction Loading (Informatica) of data to the PeopleSoft Enterpise Warehouse. Technical Specifictions and Development of Informatica Mapping, Sessions. Responsible for the setting up of the Informatica Repository as well as backups and upgrades. Wrote internal paper on best practice on migration by folders of the Informatica repository. Mapping was done on three different sources; Oracle records, PeopleSoft Metadata and flat Files. Definition of Informatica sessions as new PeopleSoft process Type to ensure integration between the sessions and the PeopleSoft panels. Performance tests by using an Account tree to restrict range of accounts for which to load data.

He was responsible for all the technical set up of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Warehouse.

Feb - April 2000 DANONE GROUP, Paris

Duties: Implementation of the training module for the Danone Group World Wide, that required heavy customisation of the module to fit Customers Training Processes (Basically to be able to distinguish between two types of modules and to allow billing directly from the Training Module). All the Technical and Functional Specifications of the customization was established together with Functional Team Lead. On this implementation he was the technical Team Lead.

His role was:
To dispatch the tasks to two technical resources and to follow up with them till completion.
To ensure that the customized module would work without affecting the vanilla implementation.
To achieve this required creation of a whole application with eleven panels, record creation, PeopleCode, Debugging, setup changes.
Creation of two SQR processes to generate billing.
Creation of two SQR reports, as well as six Crystal reports.
Purpose of the reports was to visualize cost of sessions for the two separate kinds of modules.
It included creation of panels, records, process definitions, coding of SQR, creation of the queries and of reports for Crystal.

He was responsible for establishing the Unit Tests cases of the panels, processes and reports, to answer client remarks.
He attended the weekly Status Meeting with the client, and was responsible for the Technical part.

Responsible for the setup of Nvision for the French Implementation (130 Business Units) including development of Layout, Report Request, Scopes, and Report Books.
Setup of the corresponding trees, RecordGroup controls.
Setup of Summary Ledgers for test purposes. Then discussed the results with the PeopleSoft report Manager.

Query
Wrote a paper to the customers reporting manager to show how to ensure security through the use of PS/Query and RecordGroups.

SQR
All the reports created involved Panel, Records creation.
1/Responsible for the 7 SQR reports (4AP, 2PO, 1AM)
Defined functional needs together with each module Implementation Manager.
Data Mapping and definition of Unit Test Cases.
Coding.
