    o Parametric reformation of the pension system of the Republic of Djibouti, and reform of the information systems of three national pension funds (OPS, CNR and CMR), including their merger.

    Project #1: Responsible of the audit of three public pensions funds information systems and preparation of their merger.

    Project # 2: Coordination of the production go-live of the new public pension fund operational structure, including the supervision of the client data migration, the drafting of operational procedures and the organization of the software faults monitoring.

    Organizer for BNP PARIBAS Services – Geneva January 2003 to January 2004

    o Coordination of client data migration for the merger of UEB Monaco and BNP Paribas Private Bank Monaco - Replacement of the previous migration coordinator.

    Responsible of the UAT and migration organization, including the definition of the validation tools, the monitoring and reporting of the tests results to the general management in Geneva, Monaco and Paris, and the migration week-ends logistics.

    o Drafting and optimizing of the operational procedures for the Private Banking Métier in Switzerland, following the merger of the Bank’s Back-Offices in Switzerland (BNP Paribas Private Bank, UEB Switzerland, BNP Paribas Monaco and BNP Paribas Services Back-Offices) within the framework of the Basel II agreements.

    Interviews with the Front and Back-Offices staff and team leaders, operational procedures drafting and optimizing, control and decrease of operational risks, revision and standardization of Front-Office check lists.

    Worldwide Coordinator for BNP PARIBAS Private Bank – Paris September 2000 to August 2002

    o Preparation and changeover to the Euro phase 2 for the whole Private Banking Métier (38 entities in 25 countries)
    o Preparation and changeover to the Euro for the French ex-Paribas clienteles (Private Banking, Retail, Staff)

    Responsible of the project's organization, definition, kick off and coordination of the cross-functional projects, definition of the Métier's guidelines, coordination of the on-site projects in close relation with the Territory and Métier Coordinators, coordination with the other Group and Métier transversal projects (merger, deployment of information systems, subsidiarization), internal and external communication on the project (Website, in-house magazine, commercial booklets), training of the on-site coordinators, in close collaboration with the Métier technological coordination.

    o Study and definition of the Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for the whole Private Banking Métier

    Responsible of the project's organization according to the Group methodology, coordination of the on-site projects in close relation with the Territory and Métier Coordinators, business impacts analysis and definition of needs for the Headquarters in Paris, internal and external communication on the project.

    o Implementation of a management delegation of corporate savings funds (Articles 82, 83 and 39 of French fiscal regulations, funds in Units of Account and in Euro) for FORTIS Assurances

    Coordination of the Générial / CSC development teams, the Paribas IT production teams, the Générial User's Acceptance Tests team, the Générial administrative managers, and Fortis' teams, definition of the testing strategy and of the test cases, coordination of the UAT, training of the users supervision of the production go-live for the various families of products, and of the migration of the associated portfolios, participation in the drafting of the operational procedures, analysis of the production load leading to a team reorganization, coordination of the functional study of a new product of corporate savings.
