Project for the Finnish government to facilitate dedicated Filenet P8 Workplace instances (BPF, RM) for various government agencies (Min of Defence, Min of Justice etc.).
Installation,configuration and project management of new Workplace instances and objectstores on Filenet P8 4.5 in a AIX , DB2 ,Websphere and Tivoli Directory Server environment on IBM P595 hardware. Also configuration and troubleshooting BPF and Records Manager. Configuration of SSL in a Single Sign On environment.

Administration of security and usability for new and excisting users .Configuration of new (NAS) storage for CE , configuration of new "workplace" in new "isolated regions". JBOSS configuration and configuration of F5 load balancing environment. Responsible for debugging/customizing of Filenet P8 ,Records Manager and the Sharepoint connector product in cooperation with developers on various operating systems like Win 2003, AIX and Solaris. Responsible for Citibank account where I am the responsible engineer for all their issue with IBM/Filenet products and will go onsite from time to time to assist them with high priority issues which can range from a patch not installing correctly to setup specific logging to troubleshoot degraded functionality.Remote troubleshooting customer issues regarding the IBM/Filenet P8 suite and Sharepoint (2003-2007) , this involves : Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2),Webservers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat), Webapp servers (Websphere, JBOSS, Weblogic) , authentication (AD, LDAP, Kerberos), network , Windows and Unix environments. Implementation of a new Knowledgebase based on the IBM system, migration from Filenet to IBM. Also pre-sales support to advise potential customers on possible software environments and configurations.Installation and configuration of Crystal Reports. Installallation and configuration of Documentum 5.x and TIBCO for pre-sales purposes.

December 2006 - March 2007 : Technical Support Consultant ESB Ireland (electricity provider) Dublin/Dublin (3 Month contract)
responsible for maintenance and upgrade of Webserver-farm which consisted of IIS 5/6 and Websphere servers in a virtual environment (VMWare Virtual Center) on Win 2003 Enterprise. ECM Middleware specialist (Documentum, Filenet) in relation to IIS and Websphere.

.Responsible for maintenance and upgrade of ISA Servers (2000 to 2006). Implementation of Network Load balancing and Cluster confuration in new network environment (Win 2003 Enterprise) as ESB moved to a different Datacenter Assisting in testing of IP-SCSI SAN connections for this new network environment. Participated in "stuck" project concerning the rollout of field service engineer PDA's which used the SAP Mobile software, customer could not get it to work as the Firewall (Nokia/ISA20004)settings were misconfigured, I succesfully configured a test-machine.

2 nd and 3 rd level support for the following products : Patrol Classic, Central, Console Server, RT-Server and Patrol Central for MS Windows , Unix, Linux . This was a contract I took to brush up my Unix skills as I was doing dedicated unix support with the occasional windows case. Also maintenance of the Knowledgebase with relevant documentation.

Microsoft Developer Support, Hewlett Packard stationed me with the EMEA Multi-Lingual Support for SQL, IIS ISA-Server and Win 2003 Stan/Ent. The SQL Support concerns all Database connected issues such as application performance, replication, ODBC, DTS, DTC, T-SQL and consulting supporting the following languages: Dutch , English, German and occasionally French. Also Coaching and Training new collegues with the products and processes . Editing and updating the Knowledge database with relevant troubleshooting documentation. Because of the fact that this is a pilot-project I was given responsibilities to monitor agents process-handling and queues. Occasionally I was sent onsite to assist customers with high priority issues when a Technical Consultant wasn't available
