EPM Solution Scoping & Design – 4 months

- Led the scoping workshops for requirements including Financial Reporting (PL,
BS, CF), Commercial Reporting (Product/Client/Contracts margins), and

- Modelized the EPM multi-dimensional solution.

HR Planning & Budgeting solution – 3 months
