1. Setting up the EMC laboratory CERT-LABs
• Participation in preparation of a profitability study of the EMC laboratory
• Participation in launching international tenders for the purchase of the 10 m semi-anechoic room, test setups and measurement equipments

2. Practical laboratory experience
• Management and coaching of technical EMC staff
• Vast experience working with EMC Test Facility: EMI receivers, generators, wattmeters, antennas, ESD, transients, etc.
• Proficient with EMC emission and immunity standards (IEC 61000-4-X, IEC 61000-3-X, CISPR22, CISPR24, CISPR 25, ISO 7637-2, …)
• Proficient with EMC/EMI softwares, EMTest softwares and Winkratos (ATT climatic chamber software)
• Analyse EMC problems: detecting excessive radiated emissions with current probe, radiated emissions at the level of PCB and cables, common and differential modes problems, good practices for shielded cables, clock radiations problems and solutions, investigation with near-field probes, …
• Knowledge of EMC for installations
• PCB Design: grounding, filters, transorbs, varistors, X and Y capacitors, ferrites, shielding, …
• EMC automotive testing: CISPR 25, ISO 7637-X, ISO 11452-X, ISO 10605, automotive tender books (SCANIA, Ford,...), Reverberating chamber (IEC 61000-4-21), e/E marking, automotive directive, ...
• Participation inside the Tunisian TC77 comity to IEC standardisation activity (77/456/CD, 77/457/CD, 77/418/CD, 77/450/CDV)
• Collaboration with ITU: regional laboratory project for African and Arab regions, joint workshops organisation, several theoretical and practical EMC courses given to ITU delegates, knowledge of ITU EMC K-recommendations
• Test reports writing or validation
• Capacity of making EMC tests in extreme climatic conditions (ATT Discovery climatic chamber) for some automotive tender books
• Semi-anechoic chamber, shielded rooms, reverberating chamber
• Knowledge about metrology for EMC equipments: Gamac software for equipments management, component test software (cable loss, coupling factor,...), antenna factor, VNA (S parameters), ...
