Writing and handling the design change requests (DCRs), functional and technical specifications.
Marketing requirements Analysis (Feasibility Study).
Business analysis and solution designing for customer new requirements and proposing new solution/Architecture of new business functionalities. Formulating customers’ needs to technical specifications and Provide solutions to meet the exact business requirements.
Providing BSCS functional requirements to developer team.
Assist in formulating the architecture for the proposed system, which would include Microsoft dynamics CRM, BSCS and Oracle Financials with BSCS as the master database to contain all relevant information needed in rating and billing.
Writing functional and technical specifications for PNH (PNH is a Payment Notification Handler. A home billing tool dedicated to DSL invoice generation, generating payment notifications to inform customers of their invoices based on the customer access fees and billcycle length…).
Lead Developer in the customization of the Bill Generation Handler BGH and KSL.
Formulating Test Plans, Simulations and Documentation necessary for a client’s functional, integration and user acceptance tests.
BSCS installation & integration, installing BSCS shipments and doing the integration with other legacy systems (CRM, GPS, ERP, web services …).
Preparing and animating workshops.
Providing technical BSCS iX release 2 production supports (billing, rating, provisioning, payments and customer care), problem investigation/analysis and providing solutions and workarounds.
BSCS production health checking/monitoring and tuning.
BSCS add-ons and customized applications health checking and tuning.
Follow up of all technical aspects related to BSCS issue tracking & solving.
Designing test planning, and test scripting to verify and validate billing functionality and bill layout presentation.
Developing scripts, workarounds and customized process (billing/payment/promotions, BGH, KSL PDF Generation, KSL PS Generation, auto assign promotions, BSCS reporting interface).
Designing and developing ACH, a balancing open credit documents system. More flexible and more configurable than UCH (standard LHS).
BSCS configuration (Promotions, Rateplans, Services, Billing/prebilling).
Conducting and supporting customer during UAT.
Defects management & BSCS integration.
Provide training and familiarization of the customer staff regarding AR (account receivable) module.
