PMO pour un large programme de sécurité des centrales nucléaires pour EDF
En tant que PMO en support du Directeur de Programme EDF, j’ai conçu et mis en place les plans de gestion de projet (gouvernance, planning, coûts, achats et risques).
J’ai aussi établi les estimations budgétaires, en explorant différentes alternatives techniques et différents scénarios de réalisation et d’investissement.
Ce budget a été challengé par des analyses de risques du programme, conduites par des processus que j’ai conçus en respectant les normes EDF ; les analyses techniques des estimations de coûts ont été réalisées par la méthode Monté-Carlo (Oracle Crystallball).
J’ai aussi mis en place les rapports d’avancements et j’ai mis en place les processus de consolidation mensuelle.

Support sur les aspects gestion de projet à une proposition de signalisation ferroviaire - Ansaldo STS
J’ai aidé Ansaldo STS à construire leur proposition commerciale pour un contrat de 10 ans pour INFRABEL (chemins de fers Belges) ; une exigence forte d’INFRABEL était que la gestion du Programme soit conforme aux recommandations du Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK du PMI). J’ai donc écrit le plan de gestion du programme et les plans de gestion des sous-programmes pour l’ensemble du projet.
August 2011 – Present — Project Manager for an OSM 7/UIM implementation for Colt (Oracle project)
As a contractor project manager for Oracle I have driven the configuration and deployment of a solution based on Oracle products OSM 7 and UIM 7 for Colt, addressing its Link and LANLink offers. Located in London, the project ramped up to a team of 20+ consultants.

October 2010 to July 2011 — Project Manager for an OSM 7 implementation for Monaco Telecom (Oracle project)
I have managed a project for Oracle to deliver to Monaco Telecom a solution based on the Oracle product OSM 7, unifying the provisioning of the operator quad play services. Delivered by a team of 15+ consultants, the solution is now live.
