Role Description:
• The management of all tests and cookbook activities for B2B projects – provide test deliverables in the 3 main B2B parts: Test Preparation, Test Execution, Boarding Preparation
• Interfacing with the Solution Project Manager (SPM) and the Project Development Team Leader (PDTL) – provide regular Tests Project Status and alert when an issue is identified.
• Building necessary Test team (with per sample Subject Matter Experts SME’s) and manage the test teams during Test Execution.
• Providing guidance to the Test Support assigned to the project.
• Creation of a Master Test Plan and obtaining needed approvals (The Master Test Plan is a document of understanding on testing between the various stakeholders of the project. It documents the "what" (scope and objectives), the "why" (purpose), the "when" (key milestones), and the "who" (organizational roles and responsibilities) for all levels of dynamic testing) . If needed, a Detailed Test Plan can be created by the Test PM.
• Requirement Test Verification Matrix (RTVM) building and updating (list of requirements against test cases and phase/level where the requirement is to be tested).
• Defining, maintaining (when changes occur) and tracking advancement of the Operational Schedule
• Preparation and handling of the Test Readiness Review (TRR) – with the SPM help.
• Ensuring set-up of all needed tests tools (e.g. UVATS).
• Identifying and documenting overall test environment to be used (including an environment monitoring plan if appropriate)?
• Engaging development teams from related applications when problems occur in test.
• Performing and assisting in testing. Coordinate all test tasks during Test Execution (System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test) with specific schedule/scope respect
• Providing daily progress status during Tests execution.
• Early identification of cookbook requirements / needed modifications and ensuring project deliverables reused for boarding’s are initially prepared in a cookbook format.
