As Cutover & test manager – part of the PMO team - I was deeply involved from the beginning in the carve-out to Eurazeo Group. Responsible of delivering an up and running business for the new “Carambar & Co” entity in the frame of the May 2017 Release, I was in charge of the organization of the project office in Clamart for about 300 people coming from France and abroad during two weeks at each cutover period, including weekend and 24/24 cutover activities, the respect and application of the Mondelez IS/IT methodology, the explanation of the Mondelez methodology to the French teams, the involvement and coordination of the French Functional Leads in the global delivery as well as making them clear what was expected from them along the tied timeline, the follow-up of the achievement and report to the PMOs and Release Management, the organization, follow-up and animation of the local test cycles as well as tests results and defects and eventually the post-go live support.

This deployment was done in the context of the moving of the warehouse from Washington DC to a Delaware site. A strong commitment on delivery date was required due particular sensitivity of the spare parts for AMTRAK rolling stocks.

The audit was conducted in the frame of a major crisis after a prior missed implementation causing severe and blocking issues in data transfer to ARIBA.
