The purpose of the program is to build and implement a global business operations platform (SAP-based business process standardization ) – 3000 seats of SAP across all 4 regions (42 countries), end to end processes for Accounting To Reporting, Demand To Consume, Purchase To Pay, Order To Cash, Marketing To Sales and Master Data Management - enabling transformation and change programs.
My role and main accountabilities :
To define, develop, and implement common services around program governance (processes and project), program methodology, transformation, training and communication,
To lead creation, implementation, and adherence to program principles, methodology and governance models through common services,
To deliver and lead a global plan is in place and communicated and measured against agreed program milestones,
To lead the maintenance of Program methodologies (scope, risk, issues, communication and reporting process).
To address issues and managing escalation where required.
To ensure program management (Define planning approach, Quality review and signs-off of mid-level and high-level planning, Produce Program Status)
To lead and manage staff.
To staff the projects with the correct Syngenta resources (by negotiation with resource managers) and external staff.
To manage stakeholder and provide regular Project reporting. To ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders
