SINCE MAY 2016 : INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION & SUPPORT MANAGER @ MEDIAMETRIE
Implement and roll out the Médiamétrie Solution for international clients (India, Norway, Sweden, Middle East and North Africa). Manage the overall project from the initial planning to the end-to-end testing at client office before the roll-out. Manage the project resources (internal and external).
Support the client teams in using the Mediamétrie Solution, understand the key changes and communicate properly. Manage the client requests and sync with the key experts.
Manage weekly meetings with clients regarding support and new needs.
Implement the new projects worldwide, define the planning and involve the tech team. Prepare the Go Live and the switch from a project to a support mode. Write reusable project templates.
Manage weekly meetings with Product Owners to follow up and ensure the Product deliveries in term of scope and planning.
Manage International & Global projects. Understand the client needs and translate it in a technical solution. Change the support organization from a reactive to a proactive mode. Drive the client deliveries.

MAY 2015 – FEB 2016 : EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for the COO @ AXA TECH, Infrastructure Provider from AXA Group
Assists the COO in all his transversal tasks such as project management, internal communication and COO network management. In charge of the organization of the monthly All Staff meetings and the communication materials. Animation of the Excom weekly meetings, from the scheduling to the meeting minutes and the actions followup.
Support the COO and the teams for all the Group governance meetings, from checking the deadlines to challenging the decks.
Setup an operational reporting for all the projects of the COO scope.
Single Point of Contact for the HR, Finance for all the recurrent processes (appraisal, increases, trainings, talents; budget, etc..).
Setup a smart and proactive organization in order to focus on the core business but also to create a COO Community.

2011 – 2015 : DATA PRODUCTION & PROCESS MANAGER @ IFR, Causal Data Provider from GfK R&T
Management of the International Production team (5 persons), installment of the KPIs and planning to monitor the activity, to allocate the right resources and to transfer the workload from local countries to the IFR Factory in China. Setup a cost matrix for the new projects (standard or Ad hoc). Up to 11 Direct Reports (6 Abroad and 5 in France).
In touch with the IT teams, specify the reports to improve the monitoring and to detect the issues as soon as possible.
Switch from a reactive to a proactive organization, to ensure the data consistency, improve the data quality and secure the operational margin of the company.

2010-2011, INTERNATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER @ Cegedim RM, data provider for the healthcare industry: Following the Cegedim Methodology, catching with subsidiaries to collect their local needs and compare with the new tool and methodology. Providing the specs for the Development teams. Setup the planning, list the action plans and follow up to be in line with the schedule. Coordinate 20 IT engineers for the roll out and manage it to have a switch within one day with no impact for the clients.
Improving the methodology with all the incidents and all the actions behind.
Support the local organizations to reach the global expectations in term of harmonization for the data collect and the master data usages.

Referring directly to the program manager, I’ve worked on 3 countries : Portugal, India and France.
