Concept U1

As the CTO for an innovative project in the healthcare sector, I led the design and implementation of a comprehensive AI solution, presented at the VivaTech exhibition. This project, named Concept U1, aimed to revolutionize patient support during medical consultations
through an interactive 3D avatar.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
• AI Solution Development: Designed and implemented a solution allowing patients to converse with an AI about their health documents,
access their medical history, and track the evolution of their medical results.Solution Architecture: Developed an on-premise solution hosted in the cloud, ensuring the security and confidentiality of medical data.
Orchestration: Created an orchestrator to coordinate the various technical components and ensure smooth and efficient integration.
Mobile Solution Development: Developed a mobile solution (V2) using exclusively open-source components on a Sequana EDGE platform.
Team Management: Managed a technical team of 10 experts located in France and India, ensuring effective collaboration and project
delivery.
Model Testing and Optimization: Utilized and tested LLM models such as Mistral and Laama, as well as quantized models to enhance
performance.
VivaTech Presentation: Prepared and presented Concept U1 at the VivaTech exhibition, demonstrating the solution's capabilities and its
potential impact on the healthcare sector.
