 Engineered new document models and tools for software development processes of ISO9001 quality system based on CMMi level 3. Created: new plan of management project model, model sheet of indicators specification, project quality audit tool with dashboard, risk management tool, Excel and MS Project templates of planning project.

 Animated fifteen CMMi trainings and coached thirty project managers about software development processes: management and traceability of the requirements, preparation and control of the project, risk management, identification management of the indicators, configuration management, tests plan, etc. Achieved 20% improvement of IT quality practices, which has contributed to obtain CMMi level 3 certification.

 UGITECH: headed applications tests plan for the new architecture system (full Microsoft, Citrix, 1200 workstations) and implemented a methodology and indicators dashboard to manage debugging before deployment. Coordinated teams of IT department and ITSM outsourcing company (Osiatis).

 Designed Market Research project about ISO 20000/ITIL implementation (goal: best quality and streamline of IT delivery services). The steering Committee approved my report recommendations and ordered to start the project.
