Description
These are the projects topics covered:
• different CSSF and BCL reporting with FRS
• Projected Cash flow for cash coverage
• Cash account format amendment between countries entities to manage multi currencies accounts
• An OTC customer data-mart containing forex, money market, …
• Referential integration in the current systems (Actor, Counterpart, Account, Subscription, Holiday, Currency, Country, Place, …)
• Integration of Holdings or Entity Group in the current systems
• Back-value movements identification for interest calculation

• Statement evolutions: paper, swift, CFONB, …

Role
For these projects, I was in charge of coordinating the IT project teams with the following responsibilities:
• Participate in analysis, design, development tasks and in the test environment definition
• Analysis, design, user guides deliverables validation
• Plan and coordinate the technical analysis and the developments with the different intervenes
• Build and follow-up projects planning and resources budget
• Follow-up and reporting the advancement projects or any alerts to the hierarchy or steering committees.
• Manage defects and their corrections follow-up
• Set people objectives and team motivation.

Description
Within this period, I coordinate an IT team composed of people having skills on the Mainframe side and on the Java application server.
Within the context of merging bank entities, the aim of the first project was to reduce costs in using a central order platform to transfer the local orders to the primary, secondary and derivative markets.
The second project was to integrate the Fund management into the in-house server instead of using a market solution. The main functionalities to handle funds subscription and redemption were collecting client orders, grouping orders, transmission to market, execution coming back from Transfer Agents and settlement.
With this new solution, the bank is also able to automate some orders treatments which were treated in a non-straight through process mode.

Description
SIC (Common Information System) is a set of applications to manage human resources, leaves and employees missions.

Role
In a team of 5 people, I had to coordinate functional new needs on SIC administrative applications. This was consisting in the follow up of these projects:
• Planning maintenance & migrations.
• Integration of BO suite for different reporting
• A Facility Management application
• An application to consult the tasks assigned to people.
• A survey application to create generic questionnaires opened on the Web and consolidate the answers.
• A knowledge base application to classify articles and receive the latest published articles when subscribing.
• An inventory application to itemize the used material and give back this information to the help desk system.

ELECTRONICS ENGINEER & TEST COORDINATOR

In the first phase of the project, I developed an electronic card prototype for the occupant classification product. Once the integrated circuit had been made, I was responsible for the testing phase where I coordinated developers to create different applications for testing the product behaviour in different conditions (climatic, électromagnetic…)
