Since 2014 D2X Expertise – IT Project Manager - IT Capacity management
consultant. Customer : ERDF.
Project Management focus : Manage a project of deployment of a
new service of capacity management. Coordination of 20 actors :
IT specialists, managers and the CTO throughout three services
and an external application management team : operational
governance , engineering and exploitation. Plan and pilot the
info-center application updates. Perform functional studies to
adapt the data model and the operational processes. Perform
project documentation, manage the project comities and the
technical comities with the stakeholders. Define and manage the
risk plans. Manage the deliverables with each impacted team
leaders. Manage the constraints with others projects according to
the global project road-map.
The project's keys : 200 internal FTE, 100 external FTE
(Application Management), 60 Weeks, 3 phases (data ; reporting ;
analyses & recommendations), 2 major Capacity Mgt DB updates,
2 major Configuration Mgt DB updates, 3 technical domains
(VMWare, Cisco UCS, Oracle GRID), 3 domains of expertise (data
management, BI, Infrastructure Management).
Support of the infrastructures teams and governance : analysts of
capacity, capacity managers and the C.T.O. Management of the capacity
comities. Instill best practices in term of processes, tooling and training of
the actors of the service.
2011-2014 IBM – Capacity Manager. Customer : LVMH.
Define plans of capacity. Support of the capacity to the architecture and
to the governance. Improve the decision-making power.
IBM – Technical community manager / Technical project manager
(support of the program manager) – A community oriented
service of capacity management.
Program Management focus : Plan and deploy a service of
capacity management for IBM France and IBM Czech Republic
with 12 members : reporters, analysts and capacity managers.
Define the contract offers, the standards, the processes.
Support the program manager to identify , plan and manage risk
during the deployment of the service. Act as a technical project
manager along the program duration (2 years). Identify and train
candidates for the several roles in the program. Presentation of
the offers to the customers.
The program's keys : 1 virtual team (4 Frenchmen, 8 Czechs), 3
service levels, 100 customers, 10000 servers.
2009-2011 IBM – Performance manager. Customer : Michelin
Plan tests and benchmarks. Support of performance : perform analyses ,
configuration recommendations and technology intelligence onto x86
environments. Tune the systems for the production.
2004-2009 IBM – IT Specialist / System Engineer – Customer :
Michelin/Aventis Pharma.
Systems x86 technical advisor. Operational and technical follow-up during
preproduction phases and exploitation : monitoring, alerting, backup,
security, industrialization of the exploitation processes. Technical support
for transitions and projects.
