I was in charge of the cloud Service deployment for Norway and UK.
This role mixed both business analyst and project manager skills as I
had to work with business for all the requirements, planned the
budget/resources and manage the development team on the other
side. This was an end to end projects from design to test campaign,
with the maintenance after production delivery. Enhancements and
corrections were managed on ServiceNow.

CPQ implementation / SFDC integration: As a CPQ implementation
consultant, I had to implement the business user stories and make
sure about the data consistency and data exchanges between
SalesForce and CPQ. We worked with the SAFe methodology.

CPQ Project management : As a CPQ Expert, I had to manage the
bugs and evolutions backlog tickets, analyze and prioritize them,
manage the dev team for corrections, create and manage the tests
campaign. I planned the packages delivery into Production. I also
worked on the migration strategy and Jasper Report
implementation. The integration environment was MS Dynamics.
