    - Provide on-site visits to perform audit missions :
    o Ensure study data for the current print Park
    o Cheking the Client's infrastructure: presence of a print server or not…
    o Cheking connection type : USB printer or network
    - Analyze the customer's need and then design the most adequate technical
    solution for the infrastructure ; verification compatibility of the solution with
    the customer's internal applications.
    - Define the technical aspects of the machines according to the needs of the
    customer: model of the machines will be proposed according the activity of the
    customer (speed of printing, performance, printing technology)…
    - Ensure the installation and deployment of the POCs for the software solutions
    of print fleet management: HP Access Control and Papercut (reports, control
    access right for users, print archiving, secure printing ...)
    - Creating quotes for hardware and supplies, estimate consumption per project
    (for Hardware and supplies) via HP internal tools (HP portal, IQ).
    - Deploy software solutions for electronic document management:
    Dematerialization of documents.
    - Install, configure and deploy monitoring solutions for print fleet (KAPAX):
    o Checking the ink level
    o Manage alerts
    o Have a visibility of technical malfunctions of the printers
    - Supporting costumer: proposal software to reduce printing costs , supporting
    to choose the adequate model….
    - Define and negotiate SLA's with the customer (time to process the incident, the
    presence of a spare machine).
    - Set up alerts on thresholds for toners replacements using KAPAX (Automate the
    process of delivering consumables)

    - Ensure the Support between end-users and HP, to maintain customer satisfaction
    - Ensure Stock Management:
    o Consumable supply according to customers ' monthly consumption:
    Original supplies: HP provides Special quotation for MPS (SCRP discount)
    Compatible supplies: (upon customer request ), import from China (AMIDA)
    o Hardware provisioning based on projects , HP specific MPS prices
    - Project monitoring for ongoing projects :
    o Monthly meeting to ensure the satisfaction of the customers
    o Optimization by checking the filling rate: compare the toner capacity with the number of
    printed pages
    o Possibility to extend the contract
    o Monthly printing report
    o Provide the clients with the most up to date printing technology available
    - Organize workshop with customers: demonstrate HP products (software and hardware).
    - Participate in events organized by HP (Recently training printing in Marrakech...)
    - Follow-up of project installation schedules (interface between helpdesk team and client)
    - Follow-up technical support: respect of the SLA, ensure the good progress of the
    implementation of the solution.
    - Monitoring dashboards by project (cost, print volume, counter…)
    - Participate with DOP for the implementation of operating procedures.
