The project scope is an implementation of a large scale ERP single client SAP project:
Budget of +90 millions CHF
Including SAP ECC release 6, EHS, BI, Solution Manager and a marketplace.
120 core team members
Worldwide implementation (8500 end users)
Duties include:
Advising Program Director and Steering group on end to end SAP project execution including blueprint, SAP package solution strategy, Budget and provision, planning, deliverables and Change Management responsible.
Select and set up of the SAP deployment team (offshore, near shore and internal)
Set up project Management office providing project methodologies and KPIs and reviewing tasks, deliverables and progress of the teams managing resources and expectations.
Development of application maintenance strategies and negotiation with partners
Creation of a Quality control team to deliver the best SAP practices on the project.
Developing a quality process management for the respective SAP implementation phases.

Business Case Preparation and Selection of SAP Packages
Analyzed business case, high level business requirements and future growth plan with key stakeholders
