    Sunset Media Limited was founded in 2010, I‘ve been selected to review the company strategy and managing the execution by identify and develop new business opportunities. I was also leading the external funding process. My function was driving the future growth and expansion of the business, also building brand awareness and profile, including marketing strategy, media buying and affiliation. The first 6 months the company reached 150% of the growth.
    Business Development: Negotiated and closed online acquisition deals for various gaming clients, Forex and software, with monthly budgets of k-0k per month. All deals included detailed reports on KPI’s and backend CPA costs in comparison with the client’s ROI goals.
    Market Research: provided gaming, Forex and Binary Options operators with extensive market research on gaming and regulations in European markets. The service included aspects of legality, operations, and marketing.

    Affiliate Marketing: bought email data, and created email marketing campaigns for various clients in the Forex and Gaming Industry.

    Branding & Social Media: managed the brand by building a marketing plan for Social Network

    In February 2008 I was recruited by the head of business development department to integrate the team in a joint venture project of Playtech with TV M6 France, TV TF1 France, and more, by creating an online gaming operation focused on the French market. Due to regulatory issues the project stopped abruptly in June 2010.
    During the months of working on this project I researched the market and identified key competitors, created a marketing strategic and tactic plan to penetrate the French market across all channels with a focus on media buying. I also found potential business partners, built an extensive training program for the intended media employees, and prepared department procedures and daily work routines.

    Managed a team of 3-5 media buyers.
    Established strong marketing strategy according to each Euro Partners brand’s needs, and provided risk analysis.
    Planned monthly advertising budgets.
    Built strong business partnerships with 3rd party media agencies and publishers, and searched for innovative media resources as part of business development in European markets.
    Initiated and closed a white label deal with one of the company’s top affiliates which I recruited and managed for three years.

    Spent over 0k a month advertising Euro Partners brands online through wide range of media campaigns: PPC, CPM, CPC, CPD, CPV, CPA and hybrid deals on revenue share.
    Collected, analyzed sales and players data on a daily basis.
    Optimized all media campaigns according to the company’s ROI goals.
    Launched a 0k Offline Print Campaign across ten European targeted magazines. The work included: creating the brand’s concept, designing the adverts, negotiating deals with the different publications, meeting print deadlines, and analysis of results.
    • Also advertised Brands across UK & EU gaming publications.
    • Represented the company in Industry Conferences and recruited new business partners.
    • Designed banners and rich media for all company brands.
    • Planning, installing and intergrate a licenced payment solution in France that help card issuers, transaction processing, and deposits from the players. Implement marketing strategies that improve process efficiencies, speed up time-to-transaction and reduce risks by optimizing sales that increase the revenue of the campaigns and affiliate network.
