    – Software Development Project Manager
    The objective of this project was to create a cohesive nationwide platform for the design of information systems to manage private (medical, educational, and legal) data for foster children.
    - Strategically re-organized the project plan for this complex software development project: in order to show the client progress, the project was divided into 2 major phases, allowing for the demonstration of the systems capabilities months before completion.
    - Leveled the project plan for all available resources, identified new resources to hire and sub-divided tasks in order to balance work between the key team members.
    - Planned for, implemented and configured Project Server and Project Web Access for easy collaboration of the distributed team. I also configured SharePoint services to work with Project Server.
    - Updated the project plan iteratively.

    WEB 2.0 START-UP project – Strategic consultant and Project Manager
    This challenging and exciting project aimed at creating a strong online presence through the building of a new social platform. The following deliverables were completed:
    - Project discovery, scope definition and charter;

    - Selected and invited 6 experts to participate to the panel discussion, including U.N. representatives and other NGOs, as well as academics in the field of child soldiers
