Customers Referential (Customers Information System – SIC) includes Individuals Referential, Firms Referential and Agencies Referential.
This critical application manages data related to all kind of Air France customers (more than 30 millions of individuals and legal person, telecoms, postal addresses, emails, contracts (Flying Blue, Amex, Firms Contracts, Sequoia contracts, MyAccount …), marketing data, communication preferences, commercial zones management, etc…).
As an Agile Facilitator and Project Manager, my mission is to manage and lead the up to 11 people through the different steps of the application's projects, from project definition with business teams up to the final delivery process and product support. I work closely with my project owner and my business owner in order to better analyse the needs coming from the different stakeholders, but also with each member of the development team in order to help them improving themselves into each process of the project life.
• Agile Facilitator
◦ Set up meetings : team and projects as quick standups, projects and team follow up
◦ Follow each developers
◦ Participate to discussions with stakeholders business owners, product owners and architecture teams, to workshops, PI events preparation
◦ REX organisation
◦ Participate to PI event setup – SAFE organisation

◦ Continuous improvement of the project and of the team

◦ Follow Service Level Agreement of the application in live system organizing the incident management planning and following problems resolution with my team

This team is multi-software and computing services companies, and I'm also responsible for the Sopra Steria part :
• Working with the Sopra Steria Project Director and the different project managers in Air France (from Customer Referential, CRM and Customer Care teams) in order to define their needs
• Participate to Sopra Steria's internal project meetings (IAM)
• Organize Sopra Steria specific meetings

The Customer Information System (SIC) is made of 3 layers :
• Kernel: data management in database (Oracle) : C++
• Service : offers services to customers to show Customers Referential's data according to business rules : C++ and WebServices
• GUI : gives the opportunity to specific agents to manipulate Customer Referential data in a user friendly way : JSP, J2EE, Struts …
• Database management : some processes need to be develop in order to maintain database quality : C++ batches, shell scripts, Perl, SQL commands
Developer in the Customer Referential Team :
• Correct and update kernel, services, GUI and database according to bug reported by agents and new functionalities required by business (Functional Detailed Design documents writing, Service Specification Detailed Design writing, Tests definition and reports)
• Part of the Support Team : check new bug reports in JIMS tool, answer agents questions coming to the global SIC mailbox
Manage a project in Firms and Agencies Referentials participating to a huge internal application (NSP):
• Coordination and management of a up to 6 people development team for 10 months
• Help business analyst during the definition phase of Business Service Design document
• Software Service Design document writing
• Help business into the test phase
Responsible for the SopraSteria team in Air France.

Documents used by pension funds and adherents are managed by RSI agents with the Tasks and Documents Management Tool (GDT) which includes many modules to manage Tasks, Documents, Mass Digitization, Mail Production, National Electronic Document Management, Inter Pension Founds Consultation and Management Tool.
