The position
Working directly under the responsibility of the Local Head of Client service, the Technical Account Manager (T.A.M.) is the single technical point of contact of his set of clients. Working hand in hand with many of Project Managers in order to ensure the following missions:
Client Platform building: Assemble complex client platforms .
Deployment: Ensure clients’ platforms to be seamlessly integrated to clients’ environments.
Support: In charge of the Level 2 support, which includes taking ownership of all the alerts raised by the client or the internal ULLINK production department: This means: opening an incident ticket, defining the impact for the client, qualifying the incident, gathering all the components required for resolution (logs, configuration, etc…), providing quick and prompt responses to customers, resolutions whenever possible or escalating to further levels of support.
Project follow-up: Produce regular updates / checkpoints to both his clients and the different Project Managers.
Technical advisory: In charge of either providing the proper expertise or involving the appropriate Project Manager when deemed necessary.
Client and Internal training: In charge of providing on-site training to specific departments within our clients’ organizations.

Sungard Global Trading products: OBMS & ******** : A platform for electronic trading on derivatives (options and futures) on several exchanges (NYSE,CME, IPE, Eurex, LIFFE, ...) and integration with GLNET network.

Tasks :
• Functional and technical support for OBMS Client (DTB , RBS, HSBC) ( 40 % du temps) :
- Management of bug client
