Amadeus OneView CRM global initiative: 15 Millions investment project representing 100MY total effort since 5 years:
Part of the management team (4 managers): responsible for the technical side of the initiative since 2005.
Manage several sub-initiatives: Datacenter CRM Infrastructure set-up, CRM eTraining, CRM eService, CRM Technological Evolution Program.
Participate to several Sales (SMA) and HeldDesk (SFA) application releases for dedicated business units (up to 500 mds development effort by release) and follow all markets deployment (more than 100 countries).
Responsible of the release management and release planning with third party company.
Anticipate, propose and design an innovated CRM BI solution: Sales Analytics Executive Dashboard to optimize Sales effectiveness based on Sales, DSS data.
Participate to the IT architecture council to represent the CRM.
Member of the OneView CRM Steering Committee involving Development, Product Management and Business Representatives.
Current responsibility: Program Manager of the CRM Technological Evolution Program (3 years until 2011 - 20MY and budget around 4 Million):
Collect the business needs from the Sales and Customer Service organization for this cut over application project.
Define the project structure and plan, evangelize and propose the project to Top Management (VP, Directors).
Define the organizational model of the project and manage entirely the program with project manager.
Organize the steering committee, analyze the risk, and report the progress status.
Achievements: Successful implementation of the CRM HelpDesk infrastructure and eSupport Center for Travel Agent portal (280,000 travel agent) and several CRM Sales applications upgrade releases: ABG, Revenue Management releases and the database migration project, participative support of the elaboration of the 2005-2010 CRM LTP Budget and CRM business case.

Participate in the Sales proposal for large IT transformation implementation deals. Participate to the pre sales activities from product sales presentation to specific IT solution proposition in charge of the specification, coordination and delivery of PoC implementations of IBM solutions.

Analyze customer requests; gather, define and formalize business requirements
Assist the design of the solution technical architecture; build the overall delivery plan.

Achievements: Participate to successful sales of large IT contract, several solution architectures to solve industry business problems, lead several successful pre sales prototype to convince customers.
