Role: Technical Manager

Handled multiple projects for Cigna Health care and managed a team of 12 members that includes development and QA team. Successfully delivered Documentation (Functional Spec update), OTE Upgrade (upgradation of 80+ applications from HP Exstream v8 & 9 to OTE v16), Cigna Multi-State EOB (Development and Functional Spec update), Global Step Therapy (New Development), EOC/ANOC Testing (Output comparison using DocBridge tool), AZ Leon and CSB projects & received accolades from the client.

Carried out development activities for Non Discrimination Phase 2 (CR/SR) as and when they are assigned. Around 60+ CR/SR’s were carried out on multiple applications that involve regulatory changes and amends from the client.

Involved in defect fixing (300+ issues) for AZ Leon application, that was developed by another vendor and moved it to production within a period of 3 months. Content for this application is designed in Messagepoint and OT Exstream is used as container to hold the information and was used for decision making as well.

Changes amounting to 800 man hours were carried out to an existing Project to amend the content and logic on both OT Exstream and Messagepoint as per the regulatory needs for 32+ US states. This project was delivered on time with high quality & received positive feedback from the client and customer as they were able to meet the regulatory deadlines well ahead of time.


Client: POC for leading print vendor, UK Nov 2018 to Jan 2019

Role: Lead Analyst

Guided the team members on the POC project to automate one of the applications for a leading print vendor by migrating the entire workflow using Quadient tools. Right from the path where the input file lands, data pre-processing, composition, output generating, post-processing (Sorting, Bundling, Batch creation etc.) and transferring the outputs to a FTP folder are taken care of.
Two different solutions were created for this and the first one uses the existing Exstream composition as is and second one replaces the composition part as well. Suggested the team members to come up with re-usable components, so it can be used across multiple applications.


Client: Symcor Bank Jan 2018 to Aug 2018

Role: Lead Analyst

Guided the Quadient team to develop a solution for Symcor Bank to design a statement, who is a major retailer and also owns the bank. A total of 9 different statement types are designed as a single layout by customizing it for all credit card statements. Credit card statement is designed to show 9 different types of transactions as per the Input file with Interactive settings for users to provide contents for Notifications and marketing documents.

Role: Programmer Analyst

Involved in development and enhancement projects for communisis and worked on different versions of HP Exstream v6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0 applications for British Gas. Re-designed bill and letter applications for Centrica on Version 8 of Opentext Exstream to create full color outputs. Majority of the work has been carried out in the form of CR's for existing applications.

Ten different applications with 5 different brands for each application are grouped together and named as Correspondence Letters.

Billing Application used to generate the bill statements for GM/GMAC customers throughout North America. This application generates the statements in three different languages (English, French and Spanish) and reaches the customers in United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Voluntary Auto Policy is a Document Output System project for AIG Marketing, USA. The project is an approach to move all the document generation requirements of AIGM from the existing Documaker and Documerge based systems to Opentext Exstream Software’s Dialogue Document Output tool. The Documaker/Documerge Engine is being replaced by the Exstream Engine to generate outputs for all the 49 states. The Inputs and Outputs of the Exstream Engine has been configured and redesigned to maintain all other inputs and outputs of the existing system.

Speedi-WIN is a client-server based Windows standalone application, written mainly in Microsoft Visual Basic and being converted to .Net Platform. Speedi-WIN is a Windows-based Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool and it is used to quote & order different products, view drawings for the products, price the products and print out different reports all within the Windows environment. In this NSC-New Switchboard Configurator (Updated .Net version of the existing configurator) is developed in RuleStream which is an demand driven program in .Net platform and used to configure a Switch Board Item, View the Drawing for the configuration, It uses Rule Stream for the backend process and VB.Net for the Interface.
