For the COO, I am involved in six projects to get Reunica and AG2R La Mondiale systems closer (datacenters, mainframe, networks, mail exchange, collaborative systems, and workstations). Thus, I lead technical debates, follow plannings, tasks and workloads, I validate deliverables quality, and I prepare reporting meetings on a weekly basis to the COO and organize committees for both COOs at Reunica and AG2R La Mondiale.

My job was to identify lacks in services delivered by a team in charge of data migration between GDF Suez and GRT Gaz. After having mapped team’s processes as described by ITILv3, I have required to the team to implement some processes to secure data capacity planning and reporting to the client.

I was responsible for leading a RFP about Total’s worldwide Exchange mail service, considering Private Cloud solutions pros and cons in order to reduce CAPEX and OPEX.

I lead a risk analysis in continuity to guarantee the reliability and the resilience of the network infrastructure used by a new internal private Cloud deployed across two datacenters around Paris, France.
Main activities:
• Interviewing Datacenters and Telecom managers,
• Interviewing network architects and engineers,
• Gathering software continuity needs for Application Impact Analysis (BRTO, RTO, RPO, Continuity level),
• Mapping the network infrastructures and identifying SPOF, gaps and vulnerabilities,
• Writing down an IT Continuity Plan and organizing crisis exercises,
• Summing up my conclusions into a report presented during a Management Review.
Environment: 2 datacenters Tiers-III; 24 Cisco Nexus 2000/5000/7000, IBM AIX and VMWare servers.

I reshaped a deficient Architecture Service Line not able to respond to other Service Lines expectations. My goals was strategical by defining, budgeting and leading the Project portfolio (100 projects; 1.5 M€), tactical by dealing with some of the projects and operational by reshaping operations and projects committees, processes and contents. Moreover, I had to request for additional resources leading to hire and handle young architects. I used process called ADM from TOGAF as a method to work on architecture topics.
Some of the project that I dealt with were as listed above:
• Infrastructures merging study from Naturalia to Monoprix standards (cost about 4 M€),
• Optimization of the network and servers infrastructures in Monoprix shops,
• Increase of the Internet access bandwidth for the holding (2000 users),
• VPN portal optimisation (2000 users),

I was part of a team with functional and technical architects involved into specifying and building a Content Management System used to deliver Video on demand throughout the Internet provider’s access.

2007 - 2010 IT ARCHITECT AT STEF (FOODING)
As an employee into the Service Line in charge of Infrastructures and Operations, I was responsible for defining architectures, qualifying and budgeting technical solutions, and then leading their design, build and implementation until the running phase. Thus, I was in a position wich allows me :
• to deal with financial and technical tasks such as hardware, software and professional services orders,
• to supervise technical workshops and debates requesting internal expertise,
• to manage internal resources and external professional services being parts of projects,
