I was the “Product Owner” for a large project. I had 3 Scrum team under my responsibility (I delegated some tasks to my team of 7 Business Analysts so they were dedicated to one Scrum Team)
Description of the end-to-end process samples in the analysis labs by my business analysts (BA) in collaboration with business experts of the seven pilot labs. Then, redaction of the user requirements (and the US) for the new application by my BA and functional analysts.
Worked in close collaboration with the “super” users of five different labs (in Germany, France and Netherland) to describe the user story, the labs process and the use cases.
The new application is about Results validation, alerting client in case of exceeding threshold and generating the final Analytics reports.
The project is part of the eLIMS program (Laboratory Information Management System) of 7 projects where many integration points exist.
