January 2010 to Present: Senior Systems Engineer for Groupe RETIF Developpement, an international commercial company with over 120 sites around Europe.
I was in charge of infrastructure management, maintaining all operational sites, checking the server log, proposing, testing and applying feature improvements and level 3 supportengineers. After three years, I was promoted to Senior System Engineer.

RemoteApp architect
In the context of 30 applications launched from multiple network drives, I have proposed to implement a simple and centralized solution of users.
- Implementation of RemoteApp
- Adaptation and test of the different applications in RemoteApp
- Test performance to design the application servers

Responsible for VMware vSphere 4.1 to VMware vSphere 5.5 with 60 virtual machines
- Migration of VMware vSphere 4.1 to VMware Vsphere 5.5
- Checking availability of different roles like HA, DRS
- Implementation of Update Manager and vSphere Replication
- Virtual Machine migration (upgrade VMware tools, upgrade LUN, upgrade virtual hardware)

Systems and Network Architect
After buying the IT of a Danish trading company, the entire old infrastructure had to be migrated into the new virtual infrastructure that we have built.
- Complete creation of VMware vSphere 5.1 infrastructure
- Migration of physical machine in VMware

Project Leader of Hardware and Software migration of 120 sites
For multinational company I supervised all the migration of Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP infrastructure to Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 infrastructure. We migrated all the hardware and created a master for all site servers.
