Corporate Directory: With over 20 years of experience on MS Active Directory I’ve had the opportunity to implement environments for small customers (starting at 1000 users) up to huge 200,000 users worldwide, on premises service or on cloud, running each phase from design, plan, test implement and maintain
Virtualization: Help the customer to set the correct goals for the solution, gather the discovered requirements and start building the plan. After the capacity planning deploy the service and train the personal for the hand over, having special consideration to the infrastructure health. Publish a book on Hyper-V on 2013.
Delegation Model: Effectively determine the business IT requirements and design a directory that supports an effective and simple organic functionality of the company. After implementing the delegation model based on requirements, the reliability increased immediately, reducing incidents and problems due to excessive privileges. Implement effective security measures to protect against threads like credential thief or pass-the-hash. The model is fully compliant with the recommended Microsoft Tiering model.
Customer Relation: On a daily basis find and win customers, increasing the trust to the services provided, personalizing the marketing and making revenue to all parties. Maintain relationships with partner companies to develop joint-ventures which may render into added value to my customers.
Architecture support: This term does not only provide high technical support, but gives the customer the technical overview that the business requires. It provides the chance to open new deal opportunities. Over the years I’ve managed to successfully fulfill this gap.
