RADIO PLANNING & NETWORK DESIGN ENGINEER (1 position)

Job summary:

Part 1:

He is responsible for the data and information modeling of UMTS radio network elements. Information His key responsibilities are:

• Modelling, engineering, analysis of data used within the UMTS radio network elements.

• Collaborate with systems engineers and architects to model wireless network entities

• Support the test and customer engineering organizations in analyzing, optimizing and troubleshooting data related issues.

• Interface with the application development teams to design the feature driven data definitions & implementation.

• Responsible for developing interface specification from network elements to Element Management Systems (OMCs)

Part 2:

Propose a network structure &/or product configuration that meet customer’s requirement at lowest risk and cost. His key responsibilities are:

• Produce network/product design deliverables including product definition and engineering strategy

• Answer customer technical questions related to products interconnection, customization, configuration, etc

• Ensure the network/ product proposal is coherent with the customer’s environment.

• Identify potential risk related to network/product decision.
