Nous recherchons un DBA SQL SERVER.
Main Purpose of Job
Provide MS-SQLServer database support by ensuring monitoring, data integrity and recovery capabilities, through the implementation and respect of the Globe standards and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
Implement the required MS-SQLServer (SQL2000 & 2005) databases, according to the standards and to the specifications given by the clients, on standalone servers as well as MS clusters (Windows 2000 and Windows 2003).
Implement SQLServer patches and upgrades when requested.
Maintain merge, transactional or snapshot replications (setup, conflict resolution, troubleshooting), with other SQLServer or Oracle databases.
Implement and support DTS and SSIS packages.
Ensure availability and performances by proactive monitoring of databases, and tuning on demand.
Control completion and availability of backups using TDP, to ensure maximum availability of the databases, and capability to recover from a database failure.
Setup and control all required connections to the MS-SQLServer databases, as well as to other systems (ex.: application servers, other RDBMS...).
Ensure that physical space requirements are in place by monitoring installed capacity versus required space.
Ensure 2rd level support on deployment, upgrades and technical issues on DBMS.
Advise on all databases related matters in order to improve efficiency or to improve business requirements.
Commit on deadlines and respect them.
In addition, the knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage
