Overall Role & Objective
Convert business requirements into product features and drive them through the entire development and/or implementation cycle
Main Activities
• Project management
o Track and follow-up schedule of product planning with internal and external organizations
o Permanently interface and communicate with Product Definition
o Perform sign off for functional specifications
o Prepare acceptance test scenarios
o Perform and sign off user acceptance tests
o Manage integrations and implementations.
o Management of CRs and support of CPs
o Communication and coordination with other parties/groups.
• Marketing
o Write and manage product requirements (Statement of Requirements) translating user workflow.
o Write and maintain product documents
o Perform product benchmarking.
o Contribute to the elaboration of business cases, business proposals, pricing policies, competitive and third party analysis.
o Manage or participate to product working groups in order to define user work flow.
o Rollout of the product / 3rd parties notification
• Product and Sales support
o Perform presentations and demonstrations to customers to validate business and Product requirements.
o Contribute to the writing of RFPs.
o Participate to meetings/events with customers when product expertise is required.
o Support product deployment including initial training
o Provider / customer support
• Prioritization
o Drives execution of product plan (incl. review meetings)
o Prioritization of production problems
• Consultancy
