Achievements: Initiate and create the security business unit, manage ~5M€ budget in 7 years over multiple successfully delivered projects. Managed team of 3-8+ people (team leaders, software developers, subject matter experts). Create new key technology assets to be incorporated in future product deliveries.

Roles: Coordinate and manage MASA GROUP’s projects for the security market and highly involved in the defense market (customer relationship management, project management and training). Promote products internationally (Europe, US, Singapore, South America, Australia).
