PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Since July 2011: Engineering Leader at Morocco Automotive Engineering, (Yazaki R&D center)
Mission :
- Integrate requirements and inputs from various Engineering Specialists, Customer
Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, to develop products (plastic parts) that meet
customer requirements in terms of weight, cost, structural integrity, durability and
maintainability;
- Performing 3D design studies including, tolerance analysis, kinematic analysis, ergonomic
analysis, preliminary sizing, materials selection, weights evaluations, etc..;
- Generate test requirements and supports the test lab for design related tests
- Management of feasibility, product change, quality and kick-off reviews;
- Cooperate to prepare sales offers to customers with cost and delivery times by getting
corresponding technical offers from suppliers;
- Worked as part of a multi-national/multi-site team to develop, document and implement
standards for engineering design and practices;
- Participation to automotive benchmarking activities and analyze competitive position
(competition analyze, industrial property)
- Animation design review, Design FMEA meetings and monitoring of preventive and
corrective actions;
- Performing engineering investigations and participate in root cause and corrective actions;
- Trainer on tools and field design for Moroccan and French teams;
- Providing technical guidance to junior team members;

September 2010 - July 2011 : Project Quality Engineer at Leoni Wiring System, Casablanca
Mission :
- Ensure products & process development quality, within project teams, from the opening of
the project to its completion, using various tools: 5W, San Gen Shugi, QRQC, Process and
Product FMEA, Production Control Plan, supplier and internal audit, Analysis of Customer
requirement File;
- Assist actively the project manager in the identification as soon as possible of quality risks
and implementation of corresponding actions of reassurance;
- Ensure products compliance with regard to Leoni standards, customer specifications,
standards and regulations by looking rigorous respect with Leoni constant innovation
Charter;
- Establish project planning using Leoni standard tool;
- Conduct internal audits of validation process and monitoring actions plan;
- Internal validation of production processes;

Depuis 03-01-2005 : Contributeur études CAO au sein de VERDI (Valeo électronique recherche et développement international) bureau d’études du groupe Valeo à Casablanca.
Mission : Assurer la conception de pièces ou ensembles mécaniques, via les logiciels Catia V4/V5.

Du 01-04-2005 au 15-04-2005 : Stage d’intégration et formation métiers au site VSS (Valeo security systems) Abbeville France.

Du 01-11-2001 au 30-12-2004: Technicien études au sein de ASSYSTEM MAROC
filiale de ASSYSTEM ETUDES et SNECMA MOTEURS (Société d’étude et de construction de moteurs d’aviation).
Mission : Etude, conception et réalisation des différentes pièces sur moteurs d’aviation, civils et militaires (CFM, GE90, GP7000, M88, M53, TP400, SM146, AIRBUS…)

Du 09-08-2004 au 18-08-2004 : Formation au sein de ASSYSTEM MAROC sur le logiciel de CAO CATIA V5 (Solide, Surfaces simples, assemblage, Draw).

Du 31-05-2004 au 12-07-2004 : Déplacement professionnel au sein de la SNECMA Moteurs, site de Villaroche 77 en France, pour participer au développement du moteur SM146.

Du 01-11-2002 au 15-02-2003 : Déplacement professionnel au sein de la SNECMA Moteurs, site de Villaroche 77 en France.

Du 04-02-2002 au 29-03-2002 : Formation au sein de ASSYSTEM ETUDE de Saint Quentin en Yvelines 78 France, sur les métiers et outils aéronautique..

Du 01-11-2001 au 01-02-2002 : Formation au sein de ASSYSTEM MAROC sur le logiciel de CAO CATIA V4.22 V4.24.

Du 02-10-2000 au 02-10-2001 : Technicien mécanicien au sein de la Compagnie Sucrière du Maroc COSUMAR.
Mission : Assurer le bon fonctionnement des lignes de production et la maintenance des différentes machines et suivie de production.

Mai juin 2000 : Stage de fin d’études au sein de la société OMR MOROCCO.
Sujet : étude et conception du disque frein de la voiture CITROËN berlingo.

Projet de fin d’étude : Etude et réalisation d’une chaîne d’acquisition de données utilisée dans le domaine de la métrologie
