FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
• Design, develop, implement and support user intensive sales and marketing systems.
• Provide training on such systems to large and differently skilled groups (marketing, sales, finance)
• Keep data as accurate as possible through permanent datacleaning.
• Prepare bids and negotiate contracts with external data providers and consultants.
• Target mailing campaigns using datamining in order to maximise response rates.
• Link internal systems to external sources for automatic data collection (using VAT or phone numbers)
• Set up datamarts on Oracle Financials datastructures (AR/GL/OE)
• Answer to requests for proposals. (OSCAR DATA and IBM experience)
• Implement manufacturing systems for the textile business.
• Manage food and beverage purchasing for the catering business.
• Good understanding of accounting rules and revenue reporting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• RDBMS and TOOLS : Oracle V6 / V7/V8 . Forms V2.3 & V3, PL/SQL , Reports 1.1/ 2.5./4.5
Fine tune SQL statements for heavy data uploads on mission critical systems.
• Operating Systems : Linux , Open VMS, GCOS7, MacOS, WINDOWS 98/NT/2000/XP/TSE
• SFA packages : SalesLogix (certified), Siebel, GoldMine(certified), ********(certified)
• Data access and analysis : Discoverer 3,4 , Alice (decison trees), Crystal.
• Other : Good hands on experience in Windows networking and IP telephonie.

ORGANISATION AND MANAGEMENT
• Obtain management involvement. Prepare bids, negociate and coordinate with 3rd party service providers. Coordinate small development teams. Train large groups. Communicate enthusiasm.
