Definition of the data strategy and governance for a pilot luxury brand within the group on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Management of Data teams (Data Engineers, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, AI/ML).
Creation of autonomous Squads integrated into various business units, and the establishment of a core team to manage Big Query and incoming data flows for this first house.
• Decision to make the teams of this first House autonomous with their own data management environment on GCP to address the weaknesses of the original core data model. Intensive use of Big Query in CI/CD integration and utilization of best practices in Infrastructure as Code.
